Deposit path
A transaction reaches a provider-controlled address, a monitor waits for confirmations and the service credits an internal ledger. Treasury systems may later sweep funds.
Withdrawal path
A request passes security, verification, limits and operational controls before the provider constructs and broadcasts a transaction from custody infrastructure.
What explorers prove
An explorer can prove an on-chain transaction. It cannot prove an internal balance, total liabilities, reserve coverage or immediate withdrawability.
