A useful request
Include the asset, exact network, contract or version, direction, provider ID, blockchain hash, addresses, memo or tag, amount, UTC time, confirmations and requested outcome.
Never include
Never send a seed phrase, private key, full password, authenticator secret or current OTP. Use only the support channel published on the canonical service.
Website boundary
This public website does not request account secrets, submit transactions, reverse transfers or inspect installed applications.
